If you would just like to use the apartment as a Holiday Rental ( no Breakfast ) here are the rates and conditions set out below ....
Keep in mind that the sleeping arrangements are for 2 adults per room with the current bed configurations shown on the Floorplan page.There is a separate bathroom and toilet available to the occupants of Bedroom 2 that is not shown on the floorplan.
All linen and towels are supplied and the apartment is cleaned and serviced weekly.
Holiday Rental & B&B Cancellation Policy
A Deposit is required, this can be done with a credit card.

(This equates to AUD$32.50 per person per night if 4 people stay).

The minimum stay is for 3 (three) nights.
The cost for the entire apartment per night is AUD$130 per night.

Weekly bookings will be charged at 7 nights for AUD$770.00

Holiday Rental Tariff & Policies

 Approximately 90% of our bookings are made at least 3 (three) months before the stipulated arrival date.
Last minute or short notice cancellations can translate into a significant loss of revenue and livelihood. More often than not we have had to refuse accommodation to other prospective customers because of an existing reservation that clashes with the dates the new customer wants.
With longer notice of cancellation there is a much greater chance of being able to re-book the apartment.
Accordingly, our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. We will accept your notice of cancellation of your reservation without cost to you as long as it is received thirty (30) days prior to your stipulated arrival date.
2. For notice of cancellation between 29 days  and 15 days of the stipulated arrival date, 50% of the total value of the accommodation in Australian dollars will be charged to your credit card.
3. For notice of cancellation less than 15 days of the stipulated arrival date (including non arrivals/no shows), the total value of the accommodation in Australian dollars will be charged to your credit card.
We strongly recommend that you invest in Travel, Accommodation, and Air Fare Insurance to provide protection against cancellation due to illness, injury, property loss, and unexpected cancellation of travel .

We will accept bookings longer than weekly.
